World Adult Kickball Association Kicks Off First Division in Simi Valley - Registration Now Open
WHAT:
Remember kickball? It isn’t just for grade school kids anymore. The World Adult Kickball Association (WAKA), the preeminent adult kickball organization created to advance the joy of kickball around the world, is opening its first co-ed adult kickball divisions in Simi Valley– the CA Mercury Division.
WHY:
From the player who has never kicked a ball to the one who has been an MVP since third grade, WAKA Kickball provides adults with a unique opportunity to meet new people, be healthy and active, participate in community service events, – and enjoy everyone’s beloved childhood sport. And, the winning team from each division will be eligible to compete in the annual Founders Cup World Championship in Las Vegas on October 10, 2009.
WHEN:
·   Tuesday, May 5 – FREE pick-up game at 7:30 p.m.
·   Tuesday, May 12 – First game of the season at 7:45 p.m.

Registration for co-ed adult kickball divisions is now open for individuals, small groups and full teams at kickball.com/camercury. Fees include team shirts, equipment, season social events, division bar discounts, and more VIP perks. Must be 21 years of age or older.
