Full Description:
The City now grants Home Rehabilitation Loans for very low and median income homeowners up to a maximum of $30,000 with a very low interest rate of 2%. Up to 2500 applicants who have owner-occupied single-family homes in need of repair, may be approved. To qualify, their income must not exceed the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) median household income limits. A family of four could easily earn 75,950 per year to qualify.
